Learning robots with team spirit

eXperiBot Smart Team

Use the eXperiBot Smart Team – a innovative learning robot set in your informatics lessons. Team spirit is encouraged through co-operating robots in three exciting and realistic scenarios - Smart Factory, Smart Recycling and Smart Farming.

Within Smart Team, students have four co-operating robots at their disposal in each scenario, which work together to master various tasks. The level of difficulty of the scenarios can be customised by assigning additional tasks to the individual robots.

Working with the Smart Team trains far more than just digital skills. Critical thinking, finding creative solutions, real collaboration and communication are prerequisites for the eXperiBot educational robots to fulfil their respective tasks and get the factory, recycling and farm up and running together. Team spirit is required here!

Programming with the eXperiBot Blockly app

  • The eXperiBot Blockly app from Cornelsen Experimenta is the visual code editor that brings programming to life with eXperiBot educational robots.
  • Specially developed for school lessons, the app provides pupils in grades 5 up to the A-levels with an exciting introduction to the world of programming.
  • By dragging and dropping the graphical code blocks, programming can be learnt easily and intuitively.
  • Different learning levels allow a didactic reduction to suit the respective level of knowledge of the pupils.
  • The simple choice of language encourages interdisciplinary teaching - programming can be carried out in German and English.
  • The programmes can be displayed in block view or in Python, i.e. the app is also suitable for use in higher classes.

The set includes

  • Game plan
  • Comprehensive teaching materials
  • Instructions and tasks for students
  • All building blocks and robot modules for building all necessary robot models
